Thanks for making Line Break #1 a success!

The crowd at Q.E.D. before Line Break #1
A big thank you to everyone who turned out for our inaugural episode of Line Break on Saturday, at beautiful Q.E.D. in Astoria, Queens. Just by showing up and giving us the gift of your attention, you helped make the evening a bigger success than we could have imagined. We had a pretty good audience when the lights went down to start the show, but when the lights came up again we were startled to see the crowd was standing room only. It was like magic!

We also need to thank participants Malcolm Chang, Carey Bernstein, Sherese Francis, and Sarah Riccio for their varied but uniformly excellent readings, And thanks also to Q.E.D. for giving us the space and an opportunity to use it.

If you couldn't make it out on Saturday, please join us for Line Break #2 on Saturday, July 2, when our guests will include Nancy Hightower, Gregory A. Wilson, Robert J. Howe, and more. And please sign up for our mailing list so you can keep abreast of all the latest developments in the Line Break world.

Finally, if you're interested in participating in a future Line Break, do send us a submission.

We look forward to seeing you in July, and until then please check out all the terrific shows and events at Q.E.D. There is something amazing happening there literally every day.
