A big thank you to everyone who turned out for the second regular episode of Line Break on Saturday, at beautiful Q.E.D. in Astoria, Queens. Just by showing up and giving us the gift of your attention, you helped make the evening bigger and better than it would have been without you.

We also need to thank participants Gregory A. Wilson, Nancy Hightower, Robert J. Howe and Mark de Silva for their varied but uniformly excellent readings. And thanks to Q.E.D. for giving us the space and an opportunity to use it.

The one disappointment of the evening was that James Gordon was prevented from attending by bad travel karma, but we promise we'll have him in from Chicago at one of our upcoming events.

If you couldn't make it out on Saturday, please join us for our special Queens Lit Fest edition on Saturday, July 16, 1:30-2:00 pm at LIC Landing in Long Island City. Your free advance ticket gets you access to all that day's Queens Lit Fest events, not just Line Break. Come for us, stay for everything else!

Sign up for our mailing list so you can keep abreast of all the latest developments in the Line Break world. And finally, if you're interested in participating in a future Line Break, do send us a submission.

We look forward to seeing you again later this month. Until then please check out all the terrific shows and events at Q.E.D. There is something amazing happening there literally every day.
